Very happy with rugs

Very happy with my rugs. I was a bit upset with the delivery as they just dumped it at the door and left, didn’t ring the bell or knock. The smaller rugs didn’t matter as much but the large rug if it had of been raining and I was not home may not have good.

Yes, in regards to the delivery, for everyone's safety new measures are in place for contactless delivery. It is unfortunate that this particular driver did not knock or ring your bell to notify you at drop off, I'm sorry to hear this and we have noted this with the third party courier to minimise this happening again in the future.

I chose this rug for my daughters bedroom to add some warmth and be soft under our feet... when it arrived it by far exceeded our expectations... it is just stunning and the quality is amazing. The rug adds so much lightness, warmth and coziness to her room.. I couldn’t love it anymore if I tried!
