Refund processing:

At Cheapest Rugs Online, refunds have are generally processed within a few business days after your order has returned back to our warehouse. An inspection is conducted and refund granted less any costs associated. Once inspected and approved, we’ll send you Refund Notification via email. 

Please be patient as Cheapest Rugs Online cannot refund a rug return request  unless/until the item physically arrives back to one of our warehouses and inspected. Cheapest Rugs Online support staff are here to help and assist in the return process and will not tolerate any abuse in delays caused within this process. Cheapest Rugs Online reserves the right to cancel a return request for rude behaviour or mannerism. 

During the return process, a customer can either request our help to organise the return process or can organise the return using their own courier channels. Please contact us for further information. Cheapest Rugs Online will not be held responsible for third party courier errors or delays in rug return and claims for courier errors, will need to be directed accordingly. 

Cheapest Rugs Online does not profit in the returns process, rather we assist in the ease of returning your rug hassle fee. Third party couriers are contacted to pick up the item/s and exchanges are required to be professionally cleaned and repackaged to the high standards you received the rug.

Cheapest Rugs Online absorbs all shipping costs above $49, however, if the fee is considerably higher, we will contact you and discuss this prior with a quote, if you're unhappy with the quote, you're welcome to contact a courier company and enquire to organise your own quote for rug returns.
