Exchanges, Change of Mind Returns and Faulty Rugs (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if it is change of mind. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (max cost of $49 per item, plus 10% restocking fee per item).
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Items in our clearance/discontinued section are discounted accordingly to clear. These items cannot be returned for change of mind. Rug Underlays are a non-refundable, so please make sure you choose the correct size when ordering.
All change of mind return requests must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
If your item is faulty, you must advise us within 5 days of receiving your item, otherwise your claim might not be processed.
COVID19 Updates current delays and impacts:
Current refunding process, with the restrictions and delays placed via the impacts of the COVID19 and us being in peak order period, returns can take up to 15 business days to process once the item has returned to our warehouse.
In off peak periods, refunds have are generally processed within to 3-5 business days after your order has returned back to our warehouse. An inspection is conducted and refund granted less any costs associated. Once inspected and approved, we’ll send you refund notification via email.
