They delivered to my banking address- not my mailing address, then never asked for a signature- just left the rug at my old house, the new owners never saw it. Not sure what to do to be honest. It’s basically been stolen now and I lost over $300!!! Mainly because they mucked up and don’t ask for signatures! And get addresses mixed up
